The degree of support received is designed to closely fit your specific needs. The Financial Shield is totally done for you. Moving on through the other modules, you may elect a do-it-yourself version, although few do. Most elect for our trained support staff to do everything from answering their collection phone calls, to receiving and responding to their collection notices. Our staff paralegals under the direction of our licensed attorneys determine what responses to demands are appropriate. They handle discovery and account validation, prepare Motions, and take the burden off of our clients.
